RECREATIONAL PROGRAM

winter 2026 schedule
  • preschool

Our Preschool Gymnastics program is perfect for children aged 18 months to 5 years, offering a fun and safe environment where little ones can develop motor skills, coordination, agility, independence, and self-confidence. Kids explore a variety of activities and progress at their own pace through exciting circuits designed to spark curiosity and encourage movement.

Classes are 45 minutes long, offered on weekend mornings. For children 18 months to 2 years, a parent or guardian must participate alongside them in the gym. For children 3 to 4 years, parents can choose to stay close by or explore the gym with their child, allowing for a flexible and supportive experience.

  • recreational gymnastics

The Recreational Program is designed for children aged 5 to 16 who want to discover and enjoy the sport of gymnastics. Along with learning gymnastics movements, the program helps develop motor skills, agility, spatial awareness, and self-confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Gymnasts train on six apparatuses (vault, bars, beam, floor, tumbling, and trampoline), giving them a well-rounded gymnastics experience.

We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes, allowing each gymnast to progress at her own pace based on the number of sessions she has completed.

  • parkour

The Parkour Program is designed to help children and teens develop jumps, flips, and creative movements to navigate a variety of obstacles. The goal is to complete circuits with style, agility, and speed, all while building confidence, coordination, and body control. This program is open to girls and boys aged 5 to 16 years.

Classes are structured by age group:

Parkour (5 to 7 years old): 1-hour classes

Parkour (8 years and older): 1.5-hour classes

 gymnastics levels -

Our Recreational Gymnastics Program consists of three levels:

Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.

Each level is divided into color stages that guide skill progression. To move from one level to the next (for example, from Beginner to Intermediate), gymnasts must successfully complete all color stages within their current level.

For example, the Beginner level includes the color stages Burgundy, Red, and Tan. Gymnasts typically begin in Burgundy during their first session and advance to the next color stage as they master the required skills. This system allows gymnasts to progress at their own pace while ensuring they build a strong foundation before moving forward.

Please refer to the information below for specific details on each level and color stage.

discover colour stages
  • This first level of Recreational Gymnastics is perfect for gymnasts who have completed fewer than three sessions. At this stage, children learn the fundamental skills of gymnastics that will set the foundation for their future progress, all while having fun and building confidence.

Beginner classes are 1h in duration.

    • Colour 1: Burgendy

    • Colour 2: Red

    • Colour 3: Tan

  • The Intermediate level is designed for athletes who have completed more than three sessions of gymnastics. At this stage, gymnasts refine the foundational skills learned in the previous level while continuing to build strength and agility. Athletes are also introduced to new, more complex movements as they progress.

The Intermediate level includes the following color stages:

    • Colour 4: Bronze

    • Colour 5: Purple

    • Colour 6: Blue 1

  • The Advanced level is the highest level in our Recreational Gymnastics Program and is designed for experienced, skilled gymnasts seeking an additional challenge. Athletes at this level have mastered foundational and complex skills, developed flexibility and perseverance, and are ready to take their training to the next level.

In addition to skill development, athletes in the Advanced level are required to participate in physical conditioning as part of their training. All Advanced classes are 2 hours in duration.

The Advanced level includes the following color stages:

    • Colour 7: Blue 2

    • Colour 8: Turquoise

    • Colour 9: Silver

    • Colour 10: Orange

    • Colour 11: Yellow

  • The “initiation à la compétition” group is designed for advanced-level gymnasts who wish to progress toward competitive gymnastics. In this program, athletes continue to develop advanced skills while focusing on strength, technique, and artistic expression, three essential elements of competitive gymnastics.

The “initiation” program provides gymnasts with an overview of the competitive program and prepares them for our annual auditions.

Gymnasts train twice a week, with each class lasting 2.5 hours, for a total of 5 hours per week. They also participate in two in-house competitions during the year to showcase their routines to their family and friends.

To join the “initiation” group, gymnasts must pass an audition.
