Defi & Pre Defi
The Defi/Pre-Defi program is suited for young gymnasts who are passionate about the sport and show the potential to join our competitive program. Through focused training in fundamental techniques and discipline, this program nurtures each gymnast’s abilities, helping them build confidence, refine their skills, and reach their full potential in competitive gymnastics.
Regional Sector
The Regional program offers three levels of gymnastics, designed for athletes ready to take their skills to the next stage. Gymnasts progress by mastering specific skills and techniques, gaining confidence and precision along the way. Gymnasts compete in regional competitions, showcasing their skills across six apparatuses while receiving scores that reflect their growth and performance.
Provincial Sector
The Provincial program challenges gymnasts to compete across four apparatuses while progressing through structured levels. As they master skills and refine their technique, gymnasts build the foundation to progress from the PPQC to the JO programs. Athletes participate in province-wide competitions, where judges evaluate their routines, helping them grow as athletes.

GYMIBIK partners with elementary and high schools across the Montreal area to offer a top-tier Sport-Études program. This program allows qualified competitive gymnasts to train on weekday afternoons while balancing their academic commitments.
To participate, an agreement must be established between the school and the gym. Currently, the program is open to gymnasts in the Provincial sector. For more information or to get started, please contact us at information@clubgymibik.com.
auditions
Gymnasts who are interested in joining our competitive sector are invited to participate in our annual auditions, held in spring. Those who are selected will receive a contract and an official offer for the upcoming gymnastics year, marking an exciting step in their athletic journey.
