We would love to host your next birthday party on Saturday or Sunday evening as of 5pm ! We offer two birthday packages, both are a mix of gymnastics/parkour and games/activities.
Birthday parties are usually a mix of gymnastics stations, games, and activities. However, if the kids have any suggestions of games they would like to play, please let us know and we can organize them!
The invoice will be based on the maximum number of children expected at the birthday party. You have up to 48 hours before the event to confirm or change the final number of participants in order to obtain a refund or adjustment to the invoice. After this 48-hour period, no refund or adjustment will be granted if the number of children present is less than the number originally expected.
To confirm the reservation, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at least 7 days before the birthday on your Amilia account. Once the deposit is received, we will contact our coaches to verify staff availability for the desired date. We will send you a confirmation email once everything is confirmed.
In the gym, children must be barefoot or wear non-slip socks. It is advisable to bring a bottle of water, but we have a water fountain in case any of them forget. Children with long hair must tie it back. Parents can watch the activity from outside the fence.
A staff member will open the birthday room for you following the gym activity. You will have access to the room for the duration included in your selected package. Should you wish to extend your time in the birthday room, additional time may be added at a rate of $50 per 30 minutes.

1h guided class (choice between gymnastics or parkour).
Access of 45 minutes in the birthday room.
Additional $25 per extra participant.
GYMIBIK DELUXE ($350)
Up to 10 participants.
1.5h guided class (choice between gymnastics or parkour).
Access of 60 minutes in the birthday room.
Additional $30 per extra participant.

As a non-profit organization, Gymibik relies on the support of our local community to bring many of our projects to life. Each year, we welcome hundreds of gymnasts, many of whom go on to become coaches themselves! As our club continues to grow, we are committed to enhancing our gymnastics club to support the development of our athletes.
To raise the necessary funds, we organize a variety of fundraising activities. At Gymibik, we believe fundraising should be interactive, enjoyable, and inclusive, offering something for everyone. That’s why our fundraising events double as social gatherings for the children in our community. From themed parties, like our famous Halloween celebrations, to raffles, such as the annual Holiday Wine Basket for parents, we are always exploring innovative ways to engage our community while supporting the club’s growth.
Here is a little secret for the parents: Gymibik events are mostly held in the evenings, giving you a chance to enjoy some child-free time while we keep your children active and entertained in the gym!
We host multiple events throughout the year, all of which can be found on our calendar. Event announcements are made one month in advance, and registration can be completed through your Amilia account.

CAN COLLECTION
In 2026, Gymibik is committed to supporting both the environment and the growth of our club!
Therefore, we are collecting empty beverage cans for recycling at our front entrance. Simply bring your clean, empty aluminum cans and place them in our Consignaction box. We will take care of the rest!
