Amilia is the administrative platform we use for registration and payments.
If you already have an Amilia account for another sport or organization, we may be able to connect your existing account to GYMIBIK. Simply email us with the phone number and/or email address associated with your account, and we will send you a membership invitation.
When registering your child for a class, make sure they are added to your Amilia account as an additional member and that all their information is accurate and up to date, including their date of birth, allergies, language spoken, emergency contact, and any other relevant information.
All payments, refunds, and account balances are managed through Amilia.

Our classes are offered by session, except during the summer, when we also offer à la carte registration.
If you would like to try a class before registering, simply email us and we will be happy to arrange a trial class in advance!

Unfortunately, we do not offer make-up classes. If you miss a class for any reason, the missed class cannot be rescheduled, credited, or refunded.

To ensure the safety of our gymnasts and minimize class disruptions, parents are not permitted inside the gym during classes. However, you are welcome to stay and watch your child’s class from our viewing area.
Parents of children enrolled in the Preschool 18 months–2 years old program are the exception and are both allowed and encouraged to participate in the class. Parental participation is mandatory for this age group.

No worries, you may join mid-session! However, we recommend keeping the timing in mind when registering.
The last three weeks of the session are dedicated to evaluations. If your child joins too late, they may not have enough time to catch up with the rest of the group and could experience difficulties during evaluations.

Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of class. If you do not already have the GYMIBIK uniform, you can try on and purchase one at the office. Please leave all personal belongings in the lockers, including socks, and make sure you are following our dress code.
You may bring your water bottle into the gym. Once inside, please sit behind the white line on the floor and wait for the coaches to begin the warm-up. The coaches will then call each participant into their assigned group.
The first class is usually a little more relaxed, as coaches take the time to get to know each athlete and assess their level. If you have any questions or concerns after class, feel free to stop by the office and speak with the Supervisor or Recreational Coordinator. They will be happy to help and provide guidance.

At GYMIBIK, we believe in a personalized approach to gymnastics. We keep our classes small, with a maximum of 12 children per group and a ratio of 6 children per coach. This allows our coaches to provide each gymnast with the attention and support they need to progress.
We also offer the option of adding a personal helper coach for children with special needs. To learn more or inquire about this service, please contact our Recreational Sector at recreatif@clubgymibik.com.
